Hello I'm looking for a crafter however in every town I go into i can't seem to find one, would somebody please name a town which contains a crafter.

Look for any NPC who has weapons or armor after their name.

ps: Don't know if you're in pre-searing ascalon, but you won't find any armor crafters there.

He might be talking about material crafters (ie a guy who can make steel out of iron and charcoal, demask, etc). Those are mostly in explorable areas.
